Constructing a Pathway to Careers.
Plans for Cincinnati Public high school students at Woodward Career Technical HS to be involved with a residential building project in Bond Hill community are presently under construction. Through the project management of Habitat for Humanity of Greater Cincinnati, a three bedroom single family and a duplex will be built on a parcel of land in Bond Hill. ACI obtained the lot from the Land Bank to engage the students and create affordable homeownership opportunities as part of an Impact 100 grant.
ACI, CPS, Impact 100 and HFHGC volunteers and students at Woodward Career Technical High School will partner to complete 3 homes at 1203 Ryland Avenue.
HFHGC has already sold the single family home featured in these images.
