Loading Events

This is a unique part of the StepUp Series!  Sarah Buckley, trainer and owner of Persist Fitness and fellow Impact 100 member will guide us through a free workout series. This is an all-fitness levels welcome full body workout with both strength and cardio elements.  Please bring a mat and water, no other equipment necessary.  We will incorporate a thorough warm up and a cool down with a gratitude exercise.
