• If giving a FULL MEMBERSHIP and paying by Credit Card or Electronic Fund Transfer, your total is $1,030. This covers additional processing fees and ensures 100% of your membership donation will go to fund Impact 100’s transformational grants.
• If giving a HALF MEMBERSHIP and payingCredit Card or Electronic Fund Transfer, your total is $515. This covers additional processing fees and ensures 100% of your membership donation will go to fund Impact 100’s transformational grants.
• Please include the name and contact information of the membership recipient in the comment section.
• All donations must be received by December 31st of the current year you are paying in to be considered a following year voting member.  (Example: paying in 2017, voting member in 2018)
