Every year, Impact 100 receives applications from an impressive group of women for the Charlotte R. Schmidlapp Young Philanthropist Scholarship – and this year was no exception.  Please welcome five extraordinary women to the eighth class of YP Scholars!
  • Kanako Kashima (Mason), Vice President of Rhizome; Owner & General Manager of The Laundry Spot.
  • Sara Kemerer (Oakley) Public Relations Specialist for the Cincinnati Better Business Bureau
  • Kaytlynd Lainhart (Northgate) Engagement Manager at Gilman Partners
  • Samantha Lane (Kennedy Heights) Inclusive Giving Officer for the Greater Cincinnati Foundation
  • Rachel Larson (Mason) HR Account Manager for Sheakley HR Solutions
These women join the 17 other current YP Scholars who are stepping up to full membership status across a four-year horizon and greatly engaging in the organization as they do. Thirty-seven women have been a part of the scholarship program since it began in 2015.
