The Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee (DEI) has been working with the Impact 100 board to develop a DEI statement for our organization. Members will see it soon! In the meantime, the DEI Committee is developing action plans for 2021. We had many great suggestions from attendees at our Equity discussions this summer. Now, we need lots of help to move from ideas to actions in 2021. Our subcommittees include Membership/Recruiting, Membership Education and Equity in Grantmaking.
