Surveys from both Impact 100 members and former finalists have indicated a desire to reward all finalists on some level to recognize their ongoing contributions to better their communities.
New this year, we are offering members an opportunity to “Extend your Impact” with a contribution to those finalists who don’t receive a $100,000 grant.
This is a pilot program, where the goal is to raise enough money to present each of the 3 finalists not receiving a large grant with a check for up to $10,000 (unrestricted). This is intended to cover any expenses incurred during the grant review process and to show our gratitude for leading worthy non-profit organizations. The total amount collected will be divided equally among those not receiving the full grants. (Note that if we collect more than $30,000, the surplus money will be rolled over into next year’s grant pool).
