This year, the recruiting chairs wanted to find a way to make the Annual Awards Celebration as fun as possible given the obstacles of the pandemic. With other members of the AAC planning committee we came up with the idea for members watch the AAC together in safe ways.
We worked with Busken to make our signature cookies, we created Impact 100 bandanas so members could gather safely and provided any other technology or marketing materials needed.
Thank you to our hosts! I know some members did not feel comfortable getting together with others, which is totally understandable and we thank you for watching the virtual AAC. The presentation alone was quite the effort!!!
