Respecting the privacy of its Members, donors, and nonprofit Grant Applicants is a basic value of Impact 100 [“The Corporation”].
The Corporation will take reasonable precautions to protect the privacy of the personal information provided to the Corporation by its Members, donors, and Grant Applicants.
The Corporation will utilize a third-party to process all electronic payments made through the Corporation’s website. The party selected to process payments must use commercially reasonable security measures such as data encryption and firewalls to protect sensitive information (such as a credit card number or address).
The Corporation does not share or sell email addresses or any other personal information outside the Corporation without the explicit permission of the Member(s). See The Corporation’s Policies, Article VII, Section 3, Information Sharing.
