Can you tell us a bit about your organization and the work you do?
At Mercer Advisors, we help people, families, and organizations amplify and simplify their financial lives. As a Registered Investment Adviser (RIA), we operate under the fiduciary standard — meaning we are legally required to always put our clients’ best interests first. This structure matters because it provides a higher level of transparency, objectivity, and protection for the people and communities we serve.
For more than 40 years, we’ve supported our clients by bringing everything together under one coordinated team — financial planning, investment management, tax, estate, insurance, and more. Put simply, Mercer Advisors is a Family Office for your family whether you have $500,000 or $500,000.000.
For women, we understand their financial lives often intersect with many roles. Our Women & Wealth program is designed to empower women with clarity and confidence, helping navigate the financial considerations that come with life transitions, career growth, caregiving responsibilities, long‑term security, and values‑aligned planning.
For nonprofits and foundations, we serve as a fiduciary partner. Beyond investment management, we support boards with governance, donor engagement, and long-term planning so organizations can invest smarter, govern better, and grow stronger.

What inspired you to become a sponsor of Impact 100, and how does our mission align with your values?
We were inspired to support Impact 100 because its mission mirrors our long‑standing commitment to empowering women. At Mercer Advisors, we understand the unique financial realities women face, from career transitions and caregiving responsibilities to widowhood, divorce, and inheritance.
With nearly 50% of our client‑facing team being women, we’re proud to offer an advisory experience grounded in empathy, shared lived experience, and deep technical expertise. Women often tell us how meaningful it is to work with an advisor who truly understands their lives, and we take that responsibility to heart.
Our commitment shows up in two key ways:
- Women & Wealth, our firmwide initiative focused on helping clients strengthen their financial wellness, gain clarity around long‑term planning, and build confidence in decision‑making.
- InvestHERs, our internal community of female advisors and leaders dedicated to supporting and advancing women across the firm to ensure the women we serve have access to professionals who understand their needs and advocate for their success.
Partnering with Impact 100 felt like a natural extension of the work we already do.
As a new sponsor, what are you most looking forward to in partnering with Impact 100?
We’re excited to learn more about the organizations that Impact 100 uplifts each year and to support the mission in any way we can — whether through financial education, practical guidance, or simply showing up as a partner.
We also deeply appreciate the Impact 100 model: every dollar contributed by members flows directly back into the community through grants. With that in mind, we’re glad to support the administrative needs of the organization so that member contributions can continue making the greatest possible impact. As part of that commitment, we’re happy to provide pro bono consultative expertise to the Board, Committees, donors, or stakeholders whenever it’s helpful.
Most of all, we’re excited to be part of a network where women champion other women, and where that energy creates real, lasting impact.
