Thank You for Your Investment in Impact 100!
Through the generosity of members and supporters, our 25th anniversary Visionary Women, Impactful Future Fund has raised more than $354,000 to strengthen the financial sustainability of the organization over the next 25 years and beyond. This fund will provide us with the financial means to rapidly grow, innovate, collaborate and strengthen our community impact in the coming years.
With 100% of member contributions invested in nonprofits each year, our board of directors saw the need for additional funds for operational expenses as well as future goals.
Our fundraising campaign successfully launched a “quiet phase” of the campaign in the second quarter of 2026, with current and past board members, past presidents, and others who strongly believe in the mission of Impact 100. We completed the campaign at the Annual Awards Celebration on Sept. 15, 2026.
“As we honor the past, we’re planning for the future,” says campaign chair Jenny Berg. “In 2001, 123 visionary women, including our founder, Wendy Steele, came together to create this unique giving circle model. Just 25 years later, we have invested $8.1 million in nonprofits that see and fulfill the needs of our community.”
With the funds raised, we plan to achieve the following goals and outcomes by 2030:
- Expand and Diversify Membership
- Achieve an annual grant pool of $600,000
- Strengthen infrastructure (grants management, communications and operations)
- Foster innovation, collaboration and trust-based philanthropy
- Sustain our unique and powerful model of investing 100% of member contributions in grantees
Planned Outcomes:
- Support more transformational nonprofit projects
- Engage more women, especially younger women, in philanthropy
- Expand the reach and influence of women’s collective giving
- Ensure Impact 100 remains a national leader in inclusive philanthropy
Berg explains her own reason for contributing, saying, “I’ve invested in this campaign because Impact 100 has impacted my life in tremendous ways – with deep friendships, enhanced knowledge of the needs and challenges in our community, understanding of who is best positioned to meet those needs, and being part of a collective group of insightful, philanthropic women. All of this brings me hope for the future.”
