Through the Young Philanthropist Scholarship Program, funded by the Charlotte R. Schmidlapp Fund and other donors, Impact 100 provides scholarship support for women under age 40.
The program selects passionate, community-minded women who have a heart for philanthropy and want to learn more about nonprofits in the Greater Cincinnati community.
Allison Koenig from Foster Motley, Inc., explains the appeal for her as a 2026 Young Philanthropist: “As someone early in my career, it can be hard to imagine my small contributions making much of a difference, but through Impact 100, I feel my small contributions would be more meaningful. The ability to turn hundreds of small contributions into something bigger is an incredible tool, and something I want to be a part of.”
Lilly Pinhas from Gateway Community & Technical College, notes, “Philanthropy is not only about giving, but about understanding -learning what communities truly need, how resources can be most effectively directed, and how collaboration can create lasting impact.”
Participants receive the largest scholarship contribution the first year and gradually work toward paying their own membership in the fourth year. They can choose any of Impact 100’s membership levels – $500, $1,000 or $1,500.
