Board & Committee Leader Nominations Now Open – Give, Serve, Lead with Impact 100

Published On

As an Impact 100 member, you know the power we have when we come together to GIVE. Every year, our collective generosity transforms lives and strengthens organizations across our community. Beyond giving, Impact 100 is also about SERVING and LEADING – and we want to make sure every member knows the pathways to step more fully into our mission.

✨ Nominate Yourself or Others: Every member can nominate themselves — or another member — to serve in a leadership role, on the Board, or a Core Committee. This ensures transparency, inclusivity, and fairness, while alleviating the need for the Nominating Committee to track down individual interest.

A Leadership Pipeline: For members who aspire to Board service, or Core Committee leadership roles, but may not be ready just yet, we have created a natural pipeline to engage. Serving on a Grant Review Team (or another committee like Marketing, Membership, Events, Technology, Recruiting and more) for a year or two provides valuable preparation and insight, building capacity to later step toward Board, or Core Committee leadership roles.

✨ Multiple Pathways of Impact: We know every member contributes in their own way. For some, GIVING is the most meaningful contribution. For others, SERVING on a committee brings fulfillment. And for those ready to step forward, LEADING on the Board, or a Core Committee offers the opportunity to guide the vision of Impact 100 into the future.

We invite you to consider where you are in this journey – and take the next step that feels right for you. Together, we are building not only grants, but also a culture of shared leadership.
