Equity and Access Membership

Driven by philanthropic sponsorship, this one-year membership empowers community members who bring underrepresented lived or professional experience to join Impact 100 when membership dues present a financial barrier.

Who Should Apply?

Impact 100 is actively seeking community-minded individuals who meet these core criteria.

 

 

 

 

Timeline

  • Application window: August 1 – October 31, 2026
  • Notification Date: November 30, 2026
  • Membership Term: Full 1-Year Cycle (Option to reapply annually)

Perspective & Community Alignment

  • Community & Mission Proximity: Lived or professional experience in one or more of our core grant focus areas (Culture, Education, Environment, Family, Arts, or Health & Wellness)

  • Sector Diversity: Work or engagement in the nonprofit sector, education, public service, local government, arts, or small business/entrepreneurship

  • Underrepresented Demographics: Diverse background in race, ethnicity, or cultural identity.

Financial Need Self-Certification

  • No Financial Documentation Required: To protect applicant privacy, you do not submit financial statements or tax records.
  • Self-Certification: Applicants simply indicate on the form whether annual membership dues would present a financial barrier at this time.

Member Commitments

  • Grantee Selection: Commit to casting a ballot once annually yo help select our $100,000 Grantees
  • Perspective Sharing: Shae your unique community, professional, or lived experience to enrich collective giving decisions.
  • Program Feedback Complete a brief reflection survey toward the end of your membership year to help evaluate and enhanace the program
  • Active Engagement: Attend events, joing a committee (e.g., Grant Review Team, Recruitment, Communications), or volunteer as schedule permits
