The Challenge

Too many teens in Greater Cincinnati face trauma, instability, and systems that treat their symptoms but not their stories. Without consistent, caring adults and comprehensive support, youth struggle to build trust, stay in school, or envision a hopeful future. Found Village saw the need to do more than intervene—they set out to walk alongside youth with radical relational care.

The Transformation

With a $100,000 grant from Impact 100, Found Village launched its Youth Village Expansion to serve more youth, more deeply. The funding supported the addition of new staff—critical to growing their capacity and developing targeted programming for teens in the “Launch” phase of life (ages 17–24).

This phase is a high-risk transition point where youth face serious challenges like housing instability, job retention, limited transportation, and a lack of financial literacy or healthy relationship models. Found Village began shaping programming to address these issues head-on—something that would have been delayed without Impact 100’s support.

The Impact

Thanks to the Impact 100 grant, Found Village has:

  • Expanded its team, enabling more direct support and mentoring relationships

  • Developed tailored programming for Launch-phase youth navigating independence

  • Accelerated capacity-building, allowing more young people to be served sooner and more effectively

Every young person deserves a village. Help us build it.
